I paid $235 for my wax and o still have hair on my body. Honestly if I’m going to pay that much for my wax at least make sure my hair is removed completely. I have hair patches and I’m so disappointed. I understand I was late to my wax appointment ( I called in) but I could have done better myself. Only reason for the 2 stars is that you were able to squeeze me in although I was late for my appointment and staff was friendly. Not coming here again. As well as ON TOP of that; I called before and asked for a price quote on which the lady said I would get 20% off my services, bring my cost down a bit. When I got to the front and mentioned this, I was told I would only be getting 50% of the Brazilian, but paying full price for everything else. Extremely bad customer service and false information given. I don’t need the 5 day touch-up since it should have been done right the first time and I had no time since my wedding was 2 days following and then I’d left the state for a honeymoon.
